Writing at University

Finished "Writing at University: A Guide for Students" by Phyllis Creme and Mary R. Lea. Has some useful ideas, like different ways of writing (diver, patchwork, grand plan, architect). I am definitely a 'patchwork' writer.

Also recommends a 'learning journal' (like this blog but more detailed and personal). I should write more about what I am getting out of each article and other source that I read.

Useful description of a four key concepts from language studies: cohesion, punctuation, reference and coherence. Looks at developing your 'argument' (making the case logically) with a central idea + themes and each them has topics.
